Kotlyar Boris Graduated from the painting college in Dnipropetrovs'k. Graduated from the Moscow Education University, at the Art and Graphics Faculty. Become a member of the international Federation of Artists and National Artist's Union of Russian, become a member of the painters and Sculptors Association of Israel, and become a member of the Israel Professional Artists Association (IPAA). Began to participate in exhibitions in Moscow, international exhibitions in Russia in Moscow Artist's House "Kuznetsky Most", the Central Artist's House, the Central Exhibition Hall "Manage" and abroad. Participated in personal and collective exhibitions in Israel. Paintings are exhibited in museums of Israel and in private collections in Russia, Ukraine, Netherlands, Italy, Canada and USA.
